दिनांक 3 फ़रवरी 2026 को ICAR- INDIAN GRASSLAND AND FODDER RESEARCH INSTITUTE में आयोजित 21दिवसीय ICAR-Sponsored Winter School के अंतर्गत “Role of FPO and PPP in transforming livelihood of Farmers” विषयक सत्र में व्याख्यान देने के लिए बुन्देलखण्ड की “बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी, झाँसी(उत्तर प्रदेश)” के बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ.पी.सिंह को इस राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थान द्वारा आमंत्रित किया गया, जिसमें भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों के वैज्ञानिकों ने प्रतिभाग किया।
बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ.पी.सिंह ने कहा कि बुन्देलखण्ड मे बलिनी, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार एवं भारतीय चरागाह एवं चारा अनुसंधान संस्थान के सहयोग एवं समन्वयन से निरंतर लाखों महिला किसानों को प्रगति के पथ पर बढ़ा रही है। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी का विशेष आशीर्वाद एवं कार्य संस्कृति के कारण बुन्देलखण्ड के महिला किसानों का जुड़ाव एवं उनकी अपनी संस्था पर विश्वास ही हमारी बलिनी के सफलता का मूल है । बलिनी अपने निर्माण के दो वर्षों मे ही लाभकारी संस्था बन गई और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने बलिनी की तर्ज पर महिला सामर्थ्य योजना के माध्यम से प्रदेश के अन्य भागों मे 5 दूध उत्पादक कंपनियों की निर्मिति किया जिससे प्रदेश के अन्य भागों में भी लाखों किसान शासन की योजनाओ का लाभ उठा रहे है
उन्होंने कहा कि बलिनी के इसी कार्य का परिणाम है कि आज बुन्देलखण्ड के महिला किसानों द्वारा दूध उत्पादन का कार्य प्राथमिक श्रेणी मे रखा आज रहा है। आज 1 लाख से अधिक महिला किसान बलिनी से जुड़कर पशुपालन एवं दुग्ध व्यवसाय से लाभान्वित हो रहे है। बलिनी एवं IGFRI ने चारा प्रजाति के प्रसार के लिए किसानों के मध्य मिलकर कार्य किया है। उन्होंने इसमे आने वाली चुनौतियों का भी जिक्र किया ।
सत्र मे वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा पूछे गए प्रश्नों का उत्तर देकर उनकी जिज्ञासा का समाधान किया । सत्र का संयोजन IGFRI के वरिष्ठ प्रोफेसर एवं विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ पुरुषोत्तम शर्मा ने किया ।
शुपालन विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा झाँसी जनपद के विकास खण्ड बबीना के ग्राम मुरारी में मण्डलीय पं. दीन दयाल उपाध्याय वृहद मण्डलीय पशु आरोग्य शिविर / मेला का आयोजन किया गया। मण्डलीय पशु आरोग्य शिविर/मेला का उद्घाटन उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के पूर्व मंत्री माननीय पं. रवींद्र शुक्ला एवं बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह सहित अन्य गणमान्यों के द्वारा फीता काटकर व गो पूजन कर किया गया।
माननीय पूर्व मंत्री सहित अन्य गणमान्य अतिथियों द्वारा शिविर स्थल पर पशुपालन विभाग,बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी एवं अन्य विभागों द्वारा लगाये गये स्टॉलो का निरीक्षण किया गया। बलिनी द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉल पर पशुपालकों के लिए संबंधित जानकारी तथा Ethnoveterinary medicine के बारे मे दी जाने वाली जानकारी पशुपालकों के आकर्षण के केंद्र रही । शिविर में किये जा रहें पशुचिकित्सा, बांझपन चिकित्सा, अल्ट्रासाउण्ड मशीन द्वारा किये जा रहें परीक्षणो का अवलोकन किया गया। शिविर में ‘बलिनी एक्सप्रेस’ के माध्यम से जागरूकता प्रदर्शनी की भी खूब सराहना हुई और सभी गणमान्यों ने ग्रामीण किसानों के लिए इसे बहुत ही उपयोगी बताया ।
इस अवसर पर बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी डॉ. ओ. पी. सिंह ने बताया कि बलिनी का सदैव यह प्रयास रहा है कि हम पशुपालकों को केवल दूध का उचित मूल्य ही नहीं दें, बल्कि उन्हें गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता, पशु स्वास्थ्य और सतत डेयरी विकास के क्षेत्र में भी निरंतर सहयोग प्रदान करें। हमारा विश्वास है कि जब पशुपालक मजबूत होगा, तभी डेयरी उद्योग और राष्ट्र सशक्त बनेगा। उन्होंने बुन्देलखण्ड मे बलिनी द्वारा महिला किसान पशुपालकों के जीवन मे हो रहे बदलाव की ओर इंगित करते हुए कहा कि यह उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन एवं माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी के विज़न से ही संभव हो पाया है।
पूर्व मंत्री माननीय पं. रवींद्र शुक्ला ने बुन्देलखण्ड मे बलिनी द्वारा दुग्ध उत्पादक महिला किसानों के लिए किए गए कार्यों को असाधारण बताया और कहा कि बुन्देलखण्ड में ‘श्वेत क्रांति’ का श्रेय बलिनी को जाता है।
प्रदर्शनी स्टॉल पर बलिनी की दुग्ध उत्पादक सदस्यों एवं बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने माननीय पूर्व मंत्री , माननीय जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं मण्डल के पशुपालन के वरिषठ अधिकारियों का स्वागत किया । झाँसी एवं अन्य जनपद के विभिन्न गावों से आए दुग्ध पशुपालक किसानों ने शिविर मे उपास्थिति किया तथा बलिनी स्टॉल का अवलोकन किया एवं डेयरी एवं पशुपालन गतिविधियों से संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त किया।
देश के किसानों का सर्वाधिक प्रचलित Digital समाचार मंच ‘Kisan India’ द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम ‘अन्नपूर्णा Summit’ -2025 का आयोजन नई दिल्ली स्थित Constitution club of India मे हुआ जो ‘ग्रामीण विकास, उन्नत कृषि नवाचार एवं Sustainability’ विषय पर वैचारिक आदान प्रदान को समर्पित रहा । एक दिवसीय इस Summit मे कई सत्रों मे कृषि एवं किसानों से संबंधित विषयों पर विषय विशेषज्ञों के साथ चर्चा की गई ।
‘अन्नपूर्णा Summit’ -2025 के एक सत्र में डेयरी सेक्टर को लेकर गहन मंथन हुआ जिसमे किसान, नीति निर्माता, डेयरी विशेषज्ञ और सफल उद्यमी एक साथ नजर आए. ‘दूधिया प्रकाश’ नाम के सत्र में बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी के CE Dr. O.P.Singh ने अपने कार्य अनुभवों एवं दृष्टि को साझा करते हुए बताया कि तकनीक, सही बाजार और मजबूत नीयत से डेयरी की तस्वीर बदली जा सकती है और किसानों की आमदनी कई गुना बढ़ सकती है और बुंदेलखंड की बलिनी इसका एक जीवंत उदाहरण है। डेयरी सेक्टर के इन विषेशज्ञों ने कहा कि दूध उत्पादन बढ़ाने के साथ किसानों की आय और पशुपालन का भविष्य मजबूत करना आज की सबसे बड़ी जरूरत है.
किसान इंडिया अन्नपूर्णा 2025 समिट में बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड के मुख्य कार्यकारी Dr. O.P.Singh ने किसानों की सबसे बड़ी परेशानी की ओर ध्यान दिलाते कहा कि किसानों को भाषण नहीं, बल्कि बाजार चाहिए. Dr. O.P.Singh ने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की पशुपालन योजनाओ से हजारों परिवार जुड़े हैं और बुंदेलखंड जैसे इलाकों में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के सहयोग से बलिनी ने महिला किसानो के लिए आज दूध व्यवसाय के माध्यम से उनके आय वृद्धि और समृद्धि का नया रास्ता दिया है . जब किसान को सही दाम और बाजार मिलेगा, तो वह खुद मेहनत करेगा. उन्होंने बताया कि बुन्देलखण्ड कि बलिनी पिछले 6 सालों में करीब 1750 करोड़ रुपये किसानों को उनके व्यक्तिगत बैंक खातों में ट्रांसफर की जा चुकी है।
नीतियां बहुत हैं, लेकिन असली फर्क नीयत और जमीन पर काम करने से पड़ता है.
‘अन्नपूर्णा Summit’ -2025 के इस आयोजन में बुन्देलखण्ड में बलिनी द्वारा किए गए कार्यों का एक लघु वृतचित्र भी प्रस्तुत किया गया । इस Summit मे बड़ी संख्या मे किसान , किसान संगठन, नीति निर्माता, उद्यमी , विषय विशेषज्ञ, मीडिया कर्मी एवं छात्र उपस्थित रहे।
झाँसी स्थित महाराज गंगाधर राव मुक्ताकाशीय मंच प्रांगण में आयोजित “मर्दानी” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत बुन्देलखण्ड में महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी को किया गया सम्मानित
7 दिसंबर 2025 को महिला सशक्तिकरण विषय पर आधारित मर्दानी कार्यक्रम का भव्य आयोजन किया गया, जिसका उद्देश्य महिला सशक्तिकरण, समाज में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा, साहस और अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाना एवं महिलाओं की नेतृत्व क्षमता, आत्मनिर्भरता और सामाजिक सहभागिता को प्रोत्साहित करना रहा। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ झाँसी के पुलिस महानिरीक्षक एवं अन्य गणमान्यों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन और स्वागत सम्बोधन से हुई।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत रानी लक्ष्मीबाई की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित कर की गई। इसके बाद महिलाओं ने उनके जीवन संघर्षों और देश के लिए उनके योगदान पर चर्चा की, तथा बताया कि किस प्रकार रानी लक्ष्मीबाई आज भी हर महिला के लिए साहस, आत्मविश्वास और स्वावलंबन की प्रतीक हैं।

दिनांक 13 अक्टूबर 2025 को कृषि विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा झाँसी स्थित दीनदयाल सभागार मे झाँसी एवं चित्रकूट धाम मण्डल के लिए संयुक्त रबी उत्पादकता गोष्ठी एवं कृषि प्रदर्शनी 2025 का आयोजन किया गया ।प्रदर्शनी एवं गोष्ठी का उद्घाटन उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषि शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान विभाग के माननीय मंत्री श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही ने किया । प्रदर्शनी मे बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी द्वारा आकर्षक स्टॉल लगाया गया । माननीय मंत्री ने अन्य गणमान्य जनप्रतिनिधियों के साथ बलिनी के स्टाल एवं प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन किया । माननीय मंत्री ने कहा कि ‘बलिनी’ बुन्देलखण्ड के महिला डेयरी किसानों को और अधिक जागरूक एवंआर्थिक एवं सामाजिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने मे अहम भूमिका निभा रही है।
प्रदर्शनी के अवलोकन के दौरान बलिनी की दुग्ध उत्पादक सदस्यों ने झाँसी मे बलिनी का दूध प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र लगाने के लिए माननीय मंत्री को एक ज्ञापन दिया और उनसे संवाद के दौरान निवेदन किया कि हम महिला डेयरी किसानो को अपने उत्पाद के निर्मिति के लिए शीघ्र ही एक संयंत्र बुन्देलखण्ड के झाँसी मे लगाया जाए।
प्रदर्शनी स्टॉल पर बलिनी की दुग्ध उत्पादक सदस्यों एवं बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने माननीय मंत्री , माननीय जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के वरिषठ अधिकारियों का स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन किया । बुन्देलखण्ड के सातों जनपदों से आए किसानों ने बलिनी स्टॉल का अवलोकन किया एवं डेयरी एवं पशुपालन से संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त किया एवं उसके उत्पाद भी लिए ।
दिनांक 26 सितंबर 2025 को बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी के आठवीं वार्षिक आम सभा (8TH AGM)की पूर्व संध्या पर बुन्देलखण्ड की महिला दुग्ध उत्पादक किसानों के लिए दृश्य-श्रव्य माध्यम से सूचना- शिक्षा एवं संचार सेवा के निमित्त ‘बलिनी डिजिटल एक्सप्रेस’ का उद्घाटन झाँसी -ललितपुर के माननीय सांसद श्री अनुराग शर्मा जी एवं बलिनी की महिला सदस्यों ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर किया । माननीय सांसद ने कहा कि ‘बलिनी’ की यह सार्थक पहल निश्चित ही ग्रामीण महिला किसानो को और अधिक जागरूक करने तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार एवं भारत सरकार के योजनाओ के बारे मे जानकारी देने मे बहुत ही उपयोगी सिद्ध होगी , यह बुन्देलखण्ड के महिला डेयरी किसानों को और अधिक जागरूक एवं सशक्त बनाएगी। उन्होंने बुन्देलखण्ड की महिलाओ के लिए बलिनी द्वारा किए जा रहे विविध कार्यों की भूरि -भूरि प्रशंसा की ।
मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने इस कार्य मे सहयोग के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार एवं माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी के प्रति आभार जताया और कहा कि ‘बलिनी डिजिटल एक्सप्रेस’ के माध्यम से बुंदेलखंड के सातों जनपदों में गाँव -गाँव मे जाकर महिला डेयरी किसानो को संस्था के बारे मे प्राथमिक जानकारी,गुणवत्तायुक्त दूध संकलन एवं दूध संग्रहण की पारदर्शी व्यवस्था एवं प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक कीमत के बारे मे जागरूकता ,बलिनी द्वारा दुग्ध उत्पादक महिला किसानो के लिए चलाए जा रहे एवं चलाए जाने वाले क्रियाकलापों की जानकारी ,सदस्यों एवं सहायकों का प्रशिक्षण एवं क्षमता विकास ,दुग्ध उत्पादन की वृद्धि हेतु पशुपालन प्रबंधन एवं खाद्य चारा (उत्पादकता संवर्धन )के बारे मे प्रशिक्षण एवं जागरूकता,डेयरी मे नवीन तकनीकों एवं हो रहे नवाचारों के बारे मे जानकारी देना,ग्रामीण अंचलों मे बैठकों, रात्रि चौपालों का आयोजन, भारत सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा पशुपालकों के कल्याण के लिए संचालित योजनाओं के बारे मे महिला किसानों को जागरूक करना,युवाओ को डेयरी उद्योग से जोड़ने और स्कूली बच्चों के लिए जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करना,बैंकिंग प्रणाली / सुविधाओं से संबंधित जानकारी देना ,किसानों से संबंधित अन्य समसामयिक गतिविधियों के बारे मे जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी दी जाएगी।
इस दौरान बलिनी की महिला सदस्यों एवं कर्मचारियों द्वारा ‘हमाओ बल, हमाई बलिनी’ के सामूहिक उद्घोष ने लोगों का ध्यान आकर्षित किया |
दिनांक 27 सितंबर 2025 को बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी के आठवीं वार्षिक आम सभा (8TH AGM)का भव्य एवं सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन झाँसी स्थित होटल ‘नटराज सरोवर पोर्टिको’ में किया गया ।
आम सभा का शुभारंभ बलिनी निदेशक मंडल की अध्यक्ष एवं निदेशक मंडल के सदस्यों तथा बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। आम सभा में वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में हुए क्रियाकलापों का ब्योरा अध्यक्ष ने प्रस्तुत किया ।
मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने गतिविधियों पर व्यापक प्रकाश डाला एवं बुंदेलखंड के सातों जनपदों में महिला डेयरी किसानो के लिए बालिनी द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यो में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के सहयोग को रेखांकित करते हुए सरकार के प्रति एवं माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी के प्रति आभार जताया । उन्होंने बुन्देलखण्ड में महिला किसानो हेतु आगे किए जाने वाले कल्याणकारी कार्य एवं उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए बलिनी द्वारा ट्रेनिंग सेंटर एवं प्लांट बनाने की दिशा में काम करने की प्रतिबद्धता को जताया ।
आम सभा में ‘बलिनी पनीर’ का आधिकारिक शुभारंभ निदेशक मंडल , मुख्य कार्यकारी एवं सातों जनपदों से आम सभा में सैकड़ो प्रतिभागी महिलाओं ने प्रसन्नता पूर्वक किया । इस दौरान ‘हमाओ बल, हमाई बलिनी’ के सामूहिक उद्घोष से सभागार काफी समय तक गूँजता रहा।
कार्यक्रम में बलिनी को नित नई उचाइयों पर ले जाने का संकल्प महिला किसानो एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह तथा कर्मचारियों ने लिया ।
राधा रानी अंतरराष्ट्रीय लोक मंच के कलाकारों ने बुंदेली लोक संस्कृति के गायन एवं नृत्य की प्रस्तुति दिया । कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में पत्रकार बंधु एवं अन्य गणमान्य उपस्थित रहे ।
अपने आदर्श वाक्य “शीलं परम भूषणम्’’(Sheelam Param Bhushanam) का संदेश देती मसूरी (उत्तराखण्ड) स्थित लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी (ला.ब.शा.रा.प्र.अ.) उच्चतर सिविल सेवाओं के अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए समर्पित, भारत का अग्रणी संस्थान है। इस संस्थान में अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं तथा केंद्रीय सेवाओं (समूह ‘क’) के सदस्यों के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाता है।
प्रत्येक वर्ष अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं के नए प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों के लिए कॉमन फाउंडेशन कोर्स ( आयोजित किया जाता है। इसी श्रृखला में इस वर्ष 100 वाँ कॉमन फाउंडेशन कोर्स का आयोजन अगस्त 2025 से नवम्बर 2025 तक किया जा रहा है, जिसमें यूपीएससी द्वारा चुने गए लगभग 700 उम्मीदवार प्रतिभाग कर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। यह पाठ्यक्रम नए प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों को राजनीतिक, आर्थिक, सामाजिक और प्रशासनिक मुद्दों के माहौल से परिचित कराकर उन्हें एक लोक सेवा अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारियों को निभाने के लिए आवश्यक कौशल, ज्ञान और दृष्टिकोण से लैस करता है।
इसी क्रम में,यह जानकारी साझा करते हुए बहुत ही हर्ष हो रहा है कि आत्मनिर्भर भारत एवं विकसित भारत -2047 के विजन को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में व्यापक एवं व्यावहारिक कार्य अनुभव को साझा करने के लिए 100 वाँ कॉमन फाउंडेशन कोर्स के अंतर्गत दिनांक 11 सितंबर 2025 को “The Role of Cooperatives” विषयक सत्र में व्याख्यान देने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा वित्तपोषित बुन्देलखण्ड की “बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी, झाँसी(उत्तर प्रदेश)” के दो महिला किसानों, जिसमें एक दुग्ध उत्पादक महिला किसान, उमाकांति पाल एवं एक निदेशक मण्डल की सदस्य,कीर्ति तथा बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ.पी.सिंह को इस राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थान द्वारा आमंत्रित किया गया। जिसमें अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं के लगभग 700 नए प्रशिक्षु अधिकारियों प्रतिभाग किया।
बुन्देलखण्ड की “बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी, झाँसी(उत्तर प्रदेश)” पहली बार ऐसे किसी राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थान से आमंत्रण पाकर स्वयं को गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रही है।
लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी,मसूरी द्वारा आयोजित ‘100 वाँ कॉमन फाउंडेशन कोर्स’ मे बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी, झाँसी(उत्तर प्रदेश) के महिला किसान, निदेशक मण्डल की सदस्य तथा मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह को आमंत्रित करने के लिए,एक सत्र मे व्याख्यान देने का अवसर देने के लिए, एवं सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्थापन तथा गर्मजोशी से आतिथ्य के लिए बुन्देलखण्ड के 88000 महिला डेयरी किसानों, निदेशक मण्डल एवं कर्मचारियों की ओर से अकादमी के निदेशक, उप निदेशक एवं कोर्स कोऑर्डिनेटर,एस.असवथी.भा.प्र.से., शीलेश नवल, भा.प्र.से.एवं अन्य सहयोगी कर्मचारियों के प्रति विशेष आभार प्रकट करती है।
युग भारती राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन 2025 का आयोजन दिनांक 21 सितंबर को ओरछा(मध्य प्रदेश) के रिवर स्टोन रिसोर्ट मे किया गया। अधिवेशन में “स्वावलंबी गाँव -स्वाभिमानी राष्ट्र” विषयक संगोष्ठी मे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों मे कार्य कर रहे विशेषज्ञों ने अपने विचार प्रकट किए । कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि – सुप्रसिद्ध अभिनेता एवं फिल्म निर्माता निर्देशक पद्मश्री डॉ चंद्र प्रकाश द्विवेदी रहे और अध्यक्षता युग भारती के संस्थापक आचार्य ओमशंकर त्रिपाठी ने किया एवं विशिष्ट अतिथि जल पुरुष पदमश्री उमाशंकर पाण्डेय रहे । युग भारती से जुड़े देश भर के सैकड़ों प्रतिनिधियों एवं सामाजिक संगठनों ने इसमे हिस्सा लिया।
कार्यक्रम मे बलिनी को विशेष रूप से आमंत्रित किया गया, बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने बलिनी संस्था के बारे मे एवं महिलाओ के लिए किए गए कार्यों के बारे मे जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि बुन्देलखण्ड मे बलिनी गावों के लोगों को आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक रूप से स्वावलंबी बना रही है, जिसमे उत्तर प्रदेश शासन का भरपूर सहयोग रहा। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘एक छोटी सी पहल कितना बड़ा बदलाव ला सकती है, इसका प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण आपके बुन्देलखण्ड की बलिनी है। अधिवेशन मे बलिनी के कार्यों के लिए डॉ ओ पी सिंह को सम्मानित किया गया।
एक लघु वृत चित्र के माध्यम से बलिनी के कार्यों को प्रदर्शित किया गया। बलिनी के कार्यों की लोगों ने सराहना की और उसके साथ जुड़कर काम करने की इचछा भी प्रकट किया ।कार्यक्रम मे भाग लेने वाले सामाजिक संगठनों एवं कार्यकर्ताओ ने बलिनी को किसी भी परिस्थिति मे भरपूर साथ देने का वादा भी किया जिसके लिए बलिनी बुंदेलखण्ड के लाखों महिला किसानों की ओर से युग भारती का आभार व्यक्त करती है।
दिनांक 16 सितंबर 2025 को झाँसी स्थित रानी लक्ष्मी बाई केन्द्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय मे बुंदेलखंड किसान मोर्चा एवं केंद्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में ‘किसान की समृद्धि हेतु उत्प्रेरक कार्यशाला’ का आयोजन किया गया ।कार्यशाला मे कृषि एवं पशुपालन एवं दुग्ध उत्पादन ,मत्स्य पालन आदि क्षेत्रों के माध्यम से बुन्देलखण्ड के किसानों को और अधिक समृद्ध बनाने की दिशा में हो रहे नवाचारों, नई तकनीकों एवं सरकारी योजनाओं के बारे में विशेषज्ञों एवं वैज्ञानिकों ने जानकारी दी ।
कार्यशाला के मुख्य अतिथि झाँसी -ललितपुर के माननीय सांसद श्री अनुराग शर्मा ने बुन्देलखण्ड मे महिला किसानों के लिए बलिनी द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की सराहना की।
कार्यशाला की अध्यक्षता कर रहे रानी लक्ष्मी बाई केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ अशोक कुमार सिंह ने किसानों के लिए संस्थान द्वारा कृषि एवं उद्यान तथा अन्य क्षेत्रों मे किए जा रहे नवचारों के बारे मे जानकारी दी एवं बलिनी द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की सराहना की।
कार्यशाला मे बतौर विशिष्ट अतिथि,बलिनी मिल्क प्रोडयूसर कंपनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ.ओ. पी. सिंह ने किसानों से संवाद कर बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी द्वारा बुन्देलखण्ड सातों जनपदों के 86000 महिला किसानों के हित में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों के बारे मे बताया और कहा कि बुन्देलखण्ड के किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए मिल्क प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट की महती आवशयकता है, उन्होंने शासन, जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं सरकारी विभागों द्वारा किए जा रहे सहयोग के लिए आभार जताया।कार्यशाला में किसानों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और बलिनी के साथ जुड़ने के बाद आए सकारात्मक बदलावों पर चर्चा की। किसानों ने बताया कि कैसे नियमित दूध बिक्री, उचित मूल्य और समय पर भुगतान ने आर्थिक स्थिति को सुधारा है।
कार्यशाला मे बलिनी के कार्यों को वीडियो के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया गया।

Balinee Milk Producer Company successfully conducted Yearly Orientation Programme – Employees in Jhansi on 07 July 2025, aimed at fostering collaboration among various departments. The workshop brought together all function employees to enhance communication, align Balinee objective & goal, allowing them to have a deeper understanding of each other’s roles and to address ongoing challenges in the journey of Dairy Value Chain Development in Bundelkhand Region of Uttar Pradesh.
Each and every department presented their key challenges and opportunities. This session fostered an environment of openness and shared purpose.
The Yearly Orientation Programme – Employees was a pivotal event for Balinee, setting the foundation for ongoing collaboration and innovation. The insights gained and commitments made will drive future success and alignment within the organization for common objective of upliftment of Livelihood of Women Dairy Farmers of Bundelkhand associated with Balinee. दिनांक 12 जुलाई 2025 को भारत सरकार के मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन एवं डेयरी मंत्रालय, पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विभाग तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के उत्तर प्रदेश पशुधन विकास परिषद के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में “भारत में पशु नस्ल के विकास“ विषय पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन लखनऊ के इंदिरा गांधी प्रतिष्ठान में किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उत्तर प्रदेश के यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने किया। कार्यशाला में मुख्य अतिथि भारत सरकार के मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन एवं डेयरी मंत्रालय के माननीय मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह उर्फ़ ललन सिंह ने मंत्रालय द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को इस दिशा में कार्य के लिए सराहना की और अधिक सहयोग के लिए कहा। माननीय मंत्री जी ने झाँसी में बालिनी के कार्य का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि बुंदेलखंड में इससे जुड़ी महिलाएं बहुत ही उत्साह से कार्य कर रही हैं।
माननीय मुख्यमंत्री उत्तर प्रदेश ने कहा कि इस दिशा में पहले से कार्य हो रहा है और देशी पशुओं के संरक्षण के लिए सरकार संकल्पित है जिससे किसानो को अधिक लाभ मिल सके। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी ने बलिनी के कार्यो की सराहना की।
उत्तर प्रदेश के दुग्ध और पशुपालन मंत्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने विचार प्रकट किए।
भारत सरकार के पशुपालन और डेरी मंत्रालय की सचिव अलका उपाध्याय ने कार्यशाला की विषय स्थापना प्रस्तुतिकरण के माध्यम से किया।
कार्यशाला में देश भर से डेरी संस्थाएं एवं विषय विशेज्ञ एवं अधिकारी गण के साथ-साथ बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी की दुग्ध उत्पादक लखपति दीदिया सक्रिय रूप से प्रतिभाग की। बलिनी को इस कार्यशाला में भाग लेने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ इसके लिए बलिनी शासन का आभार प्रकट करती है।
We are honoured to host a representative from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Shri Takayuki Hagiwara, Representative in India, Food and Agriculture organisation of the United Nation and Dr. Ashok k Verma, Animal Feed Specialist and FAO consultant at Balinee Milk Producer Company, where they gained firsthand insight into our grassroots efforts in dairy development and women empowerment in Bundelkhand region.
During the visit, the FAO delegates interacted with Chief executive of Balinee MPC Dr. O.P. Singh, observed our milk procurement and quality assurance systems, and learned about our initiatives in improving animal health, nutrition, and sustainable practices. The visit highlighted Balinee’s role in empowering rural women, capacity building, and livelihood enhancement.
The exchange provided a valuable opportunity to discuss collaborative strategies for scaling inclusive, sustainable dairy models aligned with global goals for food security, nutrition, and rural development.
We extend our sincere thanks to FAO for recognizing our work and look forward to potential synergies in the future.
विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस दिनांक 5 जून 2025 को जालौन जनपद के दूध संकलन केंद्र -सुढार मे ‘एक पेड़ बलिनी के नाम’ कार्यक्रम एवं संगोष्ठी का आयोजन बलिनी एवं वन ,पर्यावरण एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान मे किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम मे 70 दूध संकलन केंद्रों की 200 से अधिक सदस्यों एवं सहायको तथा अन्य ग्रामवासियों ने अपार उत्साह के साथ प्रतिभाग किया, वन विभाग की ओर से सभी को पौधे दिए गए एवं पौधारोपण किया गया।
संगोष्ठी मे बलिनी की निदेशक मण्डल की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती आरती राजपूत, श्रीमती कीर्ति, श्रीमती सुनीता देवी एवं श्रीमती निशा के साथ 200 महिलाओ ने संकल्प लिया कि बलिनी के बल को और मजबूती देते हुए अपने वातावरण को स्वच्छ रखेंगे। हम सभी बलिनी को अपने बल पर सुरक्षित, मजबूत और संवर्धित करते हुए ‘बुंदेलखंड में एक नई श्वेतक्रान्ति’ के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
बलिनी के मुख्य कार्यकारी डॉ ओ पी सिंह ने कहा कि बलिनी का कार्य बुन्देलखण्ड की महिला किसानों के हित के लिए समर्पित है और इस कार्य मे सरकार तथा अन्य विभागों का सहयोग मिल रहा है और बहुत जल्द ही बलिनी की अपनी फैक्ट्री के माध्यम से उच्च गुणवत्ता के प्रोडक्ट बाज़ार में उपलब्ध होंगे।
दिनांक 9 मई 2025 को लखनऊ में उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन , उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा आयोजित प्रदर्शनी में बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी के स्टॉल पर विश्व बैंक के माननीय अध्यक्ष, श्री अजय बंगा जी का स्वागत करते हुए सम्मान महसूस हुआ। प्रदर्शनी के अवलोकन के दौरान, उन्होंने बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी के निदेशक मंडल के साथ गर्मजोशी से बातचीत की और उनकी प्रेरक यात्रा, सफल कहानी और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के वित्तीय समर्थन के तहत उत्तर प्रदेश के बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र में डेयरी उद्यमिता में दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ती लखपति दीदी की संख्या के बारे में जाना।
श्री बंगा ने बलिनी की महिलाओं के प्रयासों और उपलब्धियों की गहराई से सराहना की और ‘डेयरी वैल्यू चेन’ के माध्यम से महिला सशक्तिकरण और ग्रामीण विकास के सरकारी मिशन को आगे बढ़ाने में उनकी भूमिका की सराहना की। उनके प्रेरक शब्द जैसे “एक विकसित भारत, बिना विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश के संभव नहीं है । एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्य जो हम साथ मिलकर कर सकते हैं, वह है रोजगार पैदा करना। रोजगार पैदा करना, गरीबी उन्मूलन का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है। गरीबी केवल पैसे की नहीं है, बल्कि मन की गरीबी है जो आशा न होने और वह भविष्य न होने से आती है जिसके आप हकदार हैं” ने एक अधिक समावेशी और आत्मनिर्भर ग्रामीण समुदाय के निर्माण में हमारी प्रतिबद्धता को और मजबूत किया है।
इस अवसर पर, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्य सचिव श्री मनोज कुमार सिंह, जो इस महान मिशन में मदद कर रहे हैं और बुंदेलखंड के ग्रामीण परिदृश्य को आकार देने की दिशा में उनके प्रयासों में योगदान दिया है, ने बुंदेलखंड के लगभग 83000 महिला डेयरी किसानों द्वारा किए गए क्रांतिकारी कार्यों की सराहना की।

Starting a school awareness program in our operational MPP’s (villages) is a smart way to connect with the students of rural areas and educate them about the importance of milk production and dairy farming. Students are learning about the journey of milk from the farm to their homes and understand the various steps involved in dairy farming, including cow care, milking processes etc.
This program is helping students to recognize how dairy farming supports rural communities by providing livelihoods, fostering sustainable agricultural practices, and maintaining cultural traditions related to farming. Introducing students to the potential careers in dairy farming, veterinary care, milk processing, and related fields could open up new career pathways for them.
In ongoing mission towards sustainability in Dairy and reducing cost of milk production, Balinee Milk Producer Company has conducted a comprehensive silage demonstration training session for its producer members aimed at improving the health and productivity of livestock. The training focused on the importance of silage in animal nutrition, practical demonstrations for producing high-quality silage.
We have also addressed the benefits of using silage as a cost-effective, nutritious feed, especially during the dry seasons when green pasture scarce. By equipping farmers on Silage production training and skills, we aim to enhance substitute of green fodder availability throughout the year, leading to better livestock management and productivity in Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh!

As part of this, we have recently hosted a Calf show to bring awareness among members on Artificial Insemination (AI) in breed improvement. The event, which drew local dairy farmers, showcased the impressive results of AI breeding programs, emphasizing improved herd genetics, healthier livestock and higher milk production.
In addition to the calf showcase, Balinee also distributed gifts to all participants as a token of appreciation for their enthusiastic participation and interest in AI.

Balinee also hosted a Ratri-Chaupal event at its MPP Ramgarh for the members, directors, staff of Shri Baba Gorakhnath Kripaa Milk Producer Company Limited. This engaging and interactive evening was designed to exchange ideas, knowledge sharing and build stronger relationships between the two organizations.

In a significant move to empower women in rural areas and make Balinee self-reliant, Hon’ble MLA of Garautha and a renowned public representative dedicated to the welfare of Bundelkhand’s farmers, Shri Jawahar Lal Rajput Ji, effectively raised the demand for the establishment of a processing plant of Balinee before the government in the State Legislative Assembly. This will not only be a big step towards benefiting thousands of farmers but will also be a means of sustainable economic and social upliftment of women and their livelihood of this privilege area.
The request raised by Hon’ble MLA highlighted how setting up a processing plant of Balinee is a step towards self-sufficient Balinee and thousands of women members associated with Balinee which would not only improve the Bundelkhand region’s dairy infrastructure but also provide a significant boost to the income of women in rural areas. The processing plant would also create job opportunities, empower women and foster economic growth in the Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh.

Dairy Management Training program organized by Productivity Enhancement Team at MPP Bamhorisar, Chandro, Roda, Gangora, Bhensai, Mawai Ahir, Gona, Andela, Nipan, Akauna and Badagaon. This training program aims to empower our producer members with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills essential for efficient dairy farm management. In this program, we will delve into various aspects of dairy farming, including animal care, nutrition, breeding, and business management. Our goal is to equip every producer member with the expertise needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of our dairy operations.

Balinee Milk Producer Company has organized several calf shows in operational villages is a proactive way for Balinee to promote awareness about artificial insemination (AI) in cattle breeding. We organize the calf shows in our operation villages to showcase newly born female calf, emphasizing those born through artificial insemination and encourage our farmer members through gifts and prizes. The motive of calf show is to encourage its member to go for artificial insemination to their animal for better genetics and long run benefits from their herd.
